You can request a return within 30 days of delivery.

Return Conditions:
- Items must be unused and in original condition  
- Returned in original packaging  
- Due to the handmade nature of our products, slight variations are normal and not considered defects  

Damaged or Broken Items (Important):
We carefully pack all orders, but if your item arrives damaged:
- Contact us within 48 hours at support@remorocco.com with photos  
- We will send a replacement or full refund immediately
