Delivery and return

DELIVERY :

Customers are required to open, unpack, count and check the condition of items received at the time of delivery and in front of the carrier.

To claim a refund or replacement for damaged product(s), it is imperative to express precise and clear reservations at the time of delivery.

Shipments can be made via the carriers below:

Delivery via Colissimo or GLS 4 to 8 working days.
DHL delivery 2 to 3 working days.
Free transport costs from 100€ of purchase in France.

RETURNS/REFUNDS:

Right to retract. A product with which you are not satisfied can be returned within 14 days from the date of receipt at your expense to our warehouse: Vanady, 17 zac eco seine Courcelles sur seine 27940
Upon receipt of the item(s) in good condition, we will issue a refund within 7 days. Please contact Customer Service at sav@chabi-chic.com

To claim a refund or replacement for damaged product(s), it is imperative to express precise and clear reservations at the time of delivery. The signature constitutes acceptance of the parcel as property and at this time the carrier and the sender are no longer responsible for the condition of the contents. In accordance with transport legislation, in the absence of reservations made at the time of delivery, CHABI CHIC will not be able to respond favorably to your request for compensation or replacement.
Delivery to relay point: For complaints, customers have 3 days after collecting their package to return to the parcel relay to have the breakage noted inside the package, the only way to validate a global relay or colissimo relay point dispute.
